Pages needs an urgent update 'cause when you are working with more than 29 pages, including hi resolution photographs...is so damn slow!:mad:

Pages is a page-layout (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Page_layout_program) app. Word is just a word processor (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Word_processor).

I really don't get what the confusion is about Pages vs Word. Of course Word is fast, but Pages is way more flexible. Period.

Every time I try to start the Terminal app I downloaded from Cydia, it crashes.

What iOS?
What Terminal version (shown in Cydia listing)?

It means you should be lining up now lol.

I think any apple store will be safe for launch day. Even if its a long line, I think they'll be good with large quantities for the weekend.

No way I'm spending the night out with this cold :P Plus I'm working. I'll be heading there tomorrow at 12:30. Yeah, I think t should be fine, although I only want the 16GB White.

Screenaid should be in the Hall of Shame.. Maybe yours was a beginners luck purchase but keep ordering and they'll get you. Google screenaid before you order anything. Several of my colleagues in the industry have blacklisted them

I ordered mine this past Saturday and I'm so excitied, I have been waiting four weeks for a Dell and cancelled the order once I used the new ALbooks at the local store. You can't beat the edu discount

i myself had this problem once in the past, i fixed it by using a small amount of superglue on the edges of the processor, just enough so it sticks firmly in place but not too much that it blocks the thermal paste between the heatsink and processor

will that fix the issue message that I keep getting? When I boot to the desktop it always says " restart" with a error message that looks like a shutdown button..

Also IIRC Cisco's iOS lets you save and load config files directly. I do not remember the exact syntax but try built-in help...

Ditched my 17" HP and my Dell Desktop when I got my 15" MBP. I tried juggling different laptops and what not but it got to be kind of a pain. I do everything on my MBP now and along with the 1TB backup drive and countless cloud storage accounts, I'm pretty good with my setup now. That and I have about 10 USB keys so the important data I need will always come with me.
